Either way, I'm not paying just to be told I broke the Terms haha! Hopefully the lesson sinks in and fades into nothingness and remains only that, a lesson learned.
Kind of creepy actually, almost like it was oxygen for him and he was proud to say so.I myself got hooked into by friends, did it for a couple of years because it was a new experience, quick and easy time killer, quit it last year as I got disinterested, had an itch for another go and caved in for a quick fix.Realized the hard way why it was stupid to begin with. It's why I stopped doing this junk for the most part last year and I made the mistake of giving it a go again this morning. TL; DR I went to Chatrandom, a site I was under the impression was for adults for random video cybersex (based on word of mouth and past experiences using the site) and was banned because I failed to read the Terms of Service about exposure. This was the only time I used the site this year, so I was unware if any changes were made. Here is a link to the Terms of Service for reference: https://chatrandom.com/terms/ My ip address ban and photo is under pending review (I don't have an account to the site, always went in as a guest) as far as I am aware and should be reviewed in 30 days from today, maybe sooner, or immediately if I pay 10 dollars. (Not sure if it is legal changes, or site changes, etc. If you're an adult, it's doubtful that any CRIMINAL misconduct exists. But excuse me, they asked for a naked photo of you to investigate something AND money? The photo they took themselves from the video feed as "evidence" to decide if I broke the terms and if anything criminal was done.

I'd be less worried about the website criminally charging you with anything, and more worried about what the fallback is going to be about whatever use they put the picture to. They don't want to put forth the time and energy to meet people face to face and have a,real relationship.
